Back To Work; Conflicted & Restricted

Today was my first day back from maternity leave. I didn't cry when I left Olivia at Daycare but I was sick all day yesterday and binge ate all afternoon today. UGH. I just added a new picture to my blog to give me motivation for my diet. I have lost 17 lbs since I started LA Weight Loss 8 weeks ago....so hard to stay on track...work was great though but I have an enormous load of mommy guilt.

If you live in the City of Buffalo--go and vote for the School Board election!! Sadly, you will probably be among only the 200 or so people who will...yet 20,000 will complain. Ah, Democracy.

Bumbo Baby

Livvy likes her bumbo seat! She looks so cute in it too. What a great invention. I cannot believe that I go back to work in two weeks....well, I have actually been working some from home. I am so torn. I told my husband that I wanted to stay home for another month (unpaid) and he didn't like that idea too much....

Poor Howard

Breaking News...Larry Birkhead is Anna Nicole's baby's biological father. This keeps making me think of the passage in F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby--my second all time fave book--where Daisy says that she hopes that her daughter will be a beautiful little fool. My poor Howard K. Stern.

Well I shouldn't rely on NBC for my news. When I actually went to TMZ--after my earlier post--they reported that the Dannielyn paternity results will be released Tuesday, NOT today. The NBC Early Today program (4:30-5:00 am every day) reported that TMZ was reporting today was the big day. Ha. So much for listening to NBC!
